These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "you") and Tablit, operated by Vaibhav Khapra, Delhi, India ("Tablit", "we", "us"). Please read them carefully before using any Tablit service. For questions, reach us at vaibhavkhapra5@gmail.com.
Section 01
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By creating a Tablit account, accessing any Tablit portal (Admin, Manager, Waiter, or Kitchen), or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use Tablit. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered account holders by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 02
The Tablit Service
What Tablit Provides
Tablit is a SaaS restaurant management platform that provides QR-based digital ordering, real-time kitchen order routing, payment processing integration, staff management, and sales analytics across four role-based portals: Admin, Manager, Waiter, and Kitchen.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party service failures (including payment processors).
Beta Features
Tablit may offer experimental features marked as 'beta' or 'preview'. These features are provided as-is, may change or be removed without notice, and are not covered by our standard SLA.
Section 03
Accounts & Access
Account Registration
The restaurant admin (owner) is the account holder and is responsible for all activity under the account, including actions taken by staff members they add. Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.
OTP Authentication
Staff members authenticate via mobile OTP. You are responsible for ensuring that OTPs and login credentials are not shared or compromised. Report any suspected unauthorised access to us immediately at vaibhavkhapra5@gmail.com.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Where feasible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remediate before suspension.
Section 04
Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
Tablit is available under subscription plans (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Your first month is provided free; no charge is made during the free trial.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed upfront for the chosen term at the time of purchase via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount plus applicable taxes.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue directly caused by Tablit that prevents you from using the service for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours, you may request a pro-rated credit by contacting us within 30 days of the incident.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal cycle. Existing subscriptions are honoured at the price paid for their current term.
Section 05
Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use Tablit solely to operate your registered restaurant(s) in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The platform may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to operate an ordering/billing service for third parties without our written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform; introduce malware or conduct security attacks; use the platform for fraudulent transactions; scrape or extract data in bulk; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation on the platform.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for menu content, pricing, and item descriptions you upload to Tablit. You warrant that such content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights and complies with applicable food labelling and advertising laws.
Section 06
Data Ownership & IP
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate on Tablit, including menu content, order history, and staff information. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the service.
Tablit IP
All rights in the Tablit platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Tablit. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Data Portability
On request, we will provide an export of your account data in CSV format within 30 days. After account termination, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.
Section 07
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tablit is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tablit's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss
In no event shall Tablit be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Section 08
Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Admin Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current term.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. For less serious breaches, we will give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.
Effect of Termination
On termination, your right to access the service ceases. We will make your data available for export for 90 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Section 09
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting vaibhavkhapra5@gmail.com. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of notification.
